I purchased various quantities of unwanted patchbay components from SSL, where I used to work. Most of these have not been used in a studio before. The stock comprises the following:

1      Over 100 patchbay panels (64, 80, 96 or 112 way), whether unused, secondhand or fitted with bantam jacks, unswitched or switched, unwired or half normalled. Raven splatter, sparkle and G Series grey.

2      Over 5000 SSL type jacks covering early Audioline versions, Mosses and Mitchell chrome types to more recent Nickel plated jacks. Unused and tinned versions. Prices start from £0.75p.

3      SSL M3 Tiebar struts or metal supports, tiebars, designation strips, mini head M3 screws (4.40 unc for Audioline jacks) and jackhole plastic blanking fittings.

4      GPO 1/4" B type jacks and patchbays also available.

The picture below shows an SSL 112 way G patch, M3 struts plus angled tiebar support and tiebar. Lower down, a G series 96 way patch is shown along with kynar normalling wires, mini M3 screws, black patch hole blanks, designation (ident) strips, coloured tape for labelling purposes, a pair of normalled jacks plus two other versions of SSL bantam jacks.
  
The SSL metalwork treatment changed a lot in the early years from Raven splatter through metallic finishes to the grey G series. Similarly, the patchrow metalwork changed as well, along with the jacks used.

Early bantam jacks were Audioline (some being Palladium) using 4.40 screws in the front panels. SSL then changed to Mosses and Mitchell jacks (using custom mini head M3 screws) initially using chrome plated versions followed later on by nickel plated types.

As you may have guessed, I have a stock of all these components but it will take some time to list them all here so, please bear with me for a while until I get it completed (if possible!).

I can also configure any patchbay to your requirements such as fitting or changing jacks as well as undertaking normalling, linking or wiring jacks out to connectors. Labelling can also be done as well as providing documentation for wiring diagrams.

The condition of the patchbays is shown as A0 (ex-stock) through to A5 (not so good!).

 

Screw fixings are either M3 or the earlier UNC type.
